Founded in 1983 by the Riccio family, Blackjack Pizza began as a small neighborhood pizzeria with a big dream - to serve the most authentic Italian pizza in Denver. What started as a humble family business has grown into a beloved local institution, but our commitment to quality and tradition remains unchanged.

Our founders, Mario and Elena Riccio, brought their grandmother's secret recipes from Naples, Italy. Every pizza we make today still follows those time-honored traditions, using only the finest imported ingredients and hand-tossed dough made fresh daily.
